If James is still lurking on the site, I'd like to ask him a question. The latest on the Romney tape by Mother Jones is the missing 2 minutes which people, like Glenn Beck, say throws suspicion of the whole episode. That is pretty funny in itself, but not as funny as the internet's response as to what was in the missing two minutes. For example: Refers to "whitey". Paul Ryan runs a mile. Even better explanations can be found here.
My question is, if you are working for SNL or, say, an ad agency, can you "borrow" these jokes/ideas?

Ta-Nehisi Coates has a short but insightful comment on this. The Contemptuous Elitism of Mitt Romney
