Clarence Clemons, Jr. (1942 – 2011)

Jungleland with Clemons' epic sax solo.

That is a nice sax solo. I couldn't help notice in watching other performances that in the early days Bruce would be smiling and laughing through his performances, and "trying to look so hard" in the later ones. When young, everything is just fun. Somewhere down the line our performances pick up more serious meaning. I think, perhaps, youth has the better perspective.

The sax solo in Jungleland is maybe one of the greatest solos of all time. Check out this video from Lady Gaga.
